Hello, Friend.
I’m Jack.
An aging services keynoter.
I get it. It’s hard to find the right keynote solution.
And I’m certainly not everything to everyone. But I do help aging services professionals get unstuck so they can go to the next level in managing team and client relationships.
The idea for my aging services specific keynote came to me in the first two weeks of the pandemic. The world could have been in mass chaos, but instead something else happened. In cities across the globe people banged pots and pans in unison to support of you, frontline workers. Bands played music outside the senior communities that you serve because you were on extreme lockdown. And people filled their front windows – blocking their literal portals to the outside world – with handmade paper hearts. At a time when humanity was feeling its worst, we delivered our best. And more specifically, you did.
But the fallout of one crisis has created new and different problems, like staffing shortages, burnout, and an increasing creep of a workplace staple: Negativity. If you feel like the attitudes of those around have become more negative, sadly you’re not imagining things. And this session, inspired by his certification from Yale on The Psychology of Well-Being, is the newest of Jack’s presentations, so it still has that fresh keynote smell and delivers a bunch of real-world takeaways.
Curious to see how I can make a difference for you? Send me a note and let’s connect so I can hear more about your exciting adventures ahead!
In the meantime, here’s a video to give you an idea of my style.
Some kind words from very nice, un-bribed people.
